Sandra J. Nevlis, 87, of Wintersville, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at Carriage Inn. She was born on April 25, 1939, in Steubenville, a daughter of the late William & Alice Yanovich Nevlis. She was the former operator of D’Mar Beauty Salon and a member of Wintersville Methodist Church.

Sandy was preceded in death by her six siblings, William Nevlis, Betty Sperringer, Leona May Pulice, Frank Nevlis, Linda Moro & Catherine Lloyd; and her two very special friends, Judy Bucey & Margaret Staib.

Surviving are several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home on Monday from 9 a.m. until the time of services at 10 a.m. with Rev. Dr. Clint Quillen officiating.

Burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
