Obituary For Russell C. Barker
Russell C. Barker, Sr., 87, of Richmond, Ohio passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2026 at Valley Hospice. He was born on December 4, 1938 in Steubenville a son of the late Verdi and Gay Lee Kelly Barker. He retired from International Mill Service as a master mechanic and was a member of Steubenville Masonic Lodge 45.
Russell was preceded in death by his parents and several siblings. Surviving are his three children, Leticia Pence; Russell C. (Lisa) Barker, Jr.; and Kathy Jo (Ken) Akers; partner Edna Woodward; several grandchildren; sister Mary Wilson and many lifelong friends.
