Ross W. Porter II, 38, of Richmond, Ohio passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2024 at his residence. He was born in Mesa, Az on November 27, 1985. Ross was a deckhand for the Bristol Harbor Commercial Fishing Fleet out of Dutch Harbor, Alaska. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Ross W. “Bill” Porter; maternal grandfather Lee Sweat and maternal grandmother Lois Sweat.
Ross is survived by his mother Kathleen Sweat Porter and father Jeffrey W. (late Lisa L.) Porter; and paternal grandmother Carol A. Porter.
Ross had a soft heart and loved his family, being on the road, antiques, hobo folk music and his Cleveland Browns.
Private services will be observed.
