Robin G. Orban, 68, of Bloomingdale, Ohio, passed away on March 25, 2026, at home surrounded by her loving family. Robin was born on August 18, 1957, in Steubenville, Ohio, to Glenn & Pauline Skidmore Riser.

If you ever walked into church on a Sunday morning and heard someone praising God with everything they had, voice raised, heart wide open, that was our mom.

She didn’t just love God… she felt Him. Loudly. Unapologetically. Her faith was alive, and you could see it in the way she worshipped, the way she lived, and the way she loved.

She was a mother first, above all else. Her children were her world, the ones she loved fiercely, protected endlessly, and carried in her heart through everything.

She had the kind of spirit you don’t forget. You saw it in her beautiful crystal eyes, in her smile, and in the hugs she gave so freely. She was strong, but gentle. Loud in her faith, but soft in her love.

She found joy in the things that made her feel free: horses, quiet moments, and the deep connections she built with the people she held close. She loved her friendships deeply, and always wanted to make each person that she encountered, feel like family. She loved the simple comfort of sitting down with a Hallmark movie, eating pizza, and inviting someone over, just enjoying peace and love in its purest form.

She didn’t live halfway. She loved fully, believed fully, and gave fully.

And while our hearts are broken here, we can only imagine the kind of homecoming she received. Running straight into the arms of the God she praised so boldly.

Her voice may be quiet here now… but heaven is hearing it louder than ever.

We love you and will continue to stand firm on the Word of God, that we will meet again.

Robin is survived by her husband, Jim E. Orban; children Brandi (Rick) Neeley, Dannielle Cooper, Eric Rosenlieb, Ashley (Joe) LaGrone; grandchildren Zack (fiancée Emilee Yoho) Neeley, Andrew Neeley, Hailey Neeley, Faith Cooper, Alexis Cooper, Lillee Cooper, Christian Rosenlieb, Emily Rosenlieb, Ava Dowdle, Chloe LaGrone and great-grandchildren Olivia Neeley & Callum Cooper.

Friends may call at Impact Church, 300 School Street, Weirton, WV, on Friday from 11 a.m. until the time of services at 1 p.m. with Pastor Kendon Alexander officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben Burial Estates.
