Ted & family, Please accept our deepest sympathy with the loss of your Mother. At times like these there are no words that really offer comfort but perhaps Thomas Campbell, a Scottish poet, says it best "To live in hearts we leave behind, is not to die". Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Patty (Schmitt) Dittmar

When You Smiled When you smiled you had my undivided attention. When you laughed you had my urge to laugh with you. When you cried you had my urge to hold you. When you said you loved me, you had my heart forever." TO THE FAMILY: I AM SO SORRY THAT I DID NOT GET TO TELL YOU ALL THIS IN PERSON. I BROKE MY LEG AND AM NOT ALLOWED TO DRIVE. I CAN NEVER REMEMBER A TIME THAT YOUR MOTHER WAS NOT POSITIVE OR CHEERFUL. SHE SEEMED TO FIND THE BEST IN EVERYONE. SHE WAS A GIFT TO KNOW AND THE WORLD IS A BETTER PLACE FOR HAVING HER IN IT. SHE WILL CERTAINLY BE MISSED AND I WAS BLESSED TO KNOW HER. PLEASE ACCEPT MY DEEPEST SYMPATHY FOR YOUR LOSS.

PENNY, KEITH, AND THE REST OF THE FAMILY: WE ARE SO SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT THE LOSS OF YOUR MOTHER. PEARL WAS SUCH A KIND AND GOOD HEARTED WOMAN. WE ALWAYS ENJOYED SEEING HER AT HARMONY AND REMEMBER THE INVOLVEMENT SHE ALWAYS HAD WITH THE CHILDREN AND IN THE CHURCH. PLEASE FIND PEACE IN THE FACT THAT SHE IS STANDING BESIDE BOTH YOUR FATHER AND JESUS AND THAT SHE IS TRULY BLESSED AND HAPPY. YOU ARE ALL IN OUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS.

It saddens me to hear the news and I am sorry I have to use this means to convey my sympathy. As a kid growing up in the Georges Run I was obligated to sell items such as candy bars and raffle tickets quite often against my will. Pearl and Paul always made things a bit easier with a welcome and full support. I will always remember Pearl as great person and will keep Pearl and all the family in my prayers. Mike DiNofrio
