Kimberly A. Bell, 62, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away on September 7, 2026 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. Kimberly was born on June 30, 1964 in Steubenville, Ohio to the late Daniel & Julie Badger Shepherd.

Kimberly worked for many years in customer service for the Kroger Co. She was an avid football fan, especially cheering for the Cleveland Browns and Ohio State Buckeyes. Kimberly loved her family and spending time with her daughter Brandi and her children Trent & Tegan. The love of her life was her canine companion Liberty.

Kimberly was preceded in death by her husband Bryan Bell; son Brad Brown and brother Roger Badger. She will always be remembered by her loving daughter Brandi Stasiulewicz and her children Trent & Tegan; late son Brad’s children Bailee & Brayden; daughter Jessica Moore and her children Michael, Caleb & Trizir; son Justin (Summer) Bell and their children Carson, Caden & Skylee; brother Hugh Badger and many nieces & nephews.

Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home on Monday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of services at 2:00 pm with Father Michael Gossett officiating.
