Kathryn L. Richardson of Wintersville, OH died Wednesday, December 12, 2001 at Gables Care Center, Hopedale, OH. She was born in St. Marys, WV and was the daughter of the late Clifton and Elizabeth Martine Riggs. She was the former owner and operator of Ohio Valley Zenith and Appliance, Wintersville, OH. She was a member of First Westminster Church, Steubenville, OH and also a past member of Williams Country Club, Weirton, WV. She was preceded in death by her husband: George D. Richardson (died: 1985), brothers: Clark and Bruce Riggs. She is survived by son: David Richardson of San Gabriel, CA, daughter: Barbara Dawkins of Jacksonville Beach, FL, granddaughters: Kathy Browning of Jacksonville, FL, Stacy Dawkins of Florida, Tanya Richardson and Emily Richardson both of Oceanside, CA. Friends may attend a memorial service to be held on Thursday at 11:00 A.M. at the Union Cemetery Chapel, Steubenville, OH with Rev. Robert Shearer to officiate.
