Deborah L. Trbovich Battistel, 62, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away Saturday, December 14, 2013 at home. She was born June 17, 1951 in Steubenville.  Preceding Debbie in death were her father Mele “Chill” Trbovich and brother Mark “Pep” Trbovich.  Debbie is survived by her sons Bernie (Julie) Battistel & Mark Battistel both of Steubenville; mother Katherine “Kay” Krnich Trbovich of Steubenville; two granddaughters Lydia & Aria; brother Steve (Ruth) Trbovich of Toronto, Ohio; two nephews Steve & Joe Trbovich; former husband Bernie Battistel; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.Private services were held at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home with Rev. Rade Merick officiating and burial followed at Union Cemetery.
