Charles W. Fisher, 73, of Mingo Junction, Ohio, passed away on February 15, 2026, at Trinity West Medical Center. Charles was born on July 1, 1952, in Meyersdale, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Charles Grover & Grace Elva Hoover Fisher. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. Charles was a Health Inspector for the Wheeling-Ohio County Health Department and the Harrison County Health Department.
Charles was preceded in death by his step-father Thomas Fellows; sisters Beverly Keiper, Barbara Sabadas & Haila McCammon; brother-in-law Bob Keiper, and niece Tracy Keiper. He is survived by his loving wife, Wendy Fisher, and cherished daughter Crystal Faith Fisher.
In accordance with Charles’s wishes, private family visitation will be held at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a memorial donation in Charles’s honor to the St. Jude Children Research Hospital or the Shriners Children’s Hospital.
