Brenda Renee Roberts, 64, of Steubenville, OH passed away on November 27, 2024 at Weirton Medical Center after a long-fought battle with cancer and recently going into remission. She was born June 9, 1960 to the late Charles and Jessie Mayers. She is also preceded in death by sister Gretchen Constantini and niece Chandra Ross.
Brenda was often found conversing with her family and friends around her kitchen table, she was an avid listener. Some of her enjoyments in life were reading, cooking, Scottish and English history, and discussing her faith in God and the Bible. She often spoke fondly of long country drives with her father on his mail route, which she passed on to her children as well. She was a beautiful soul whose love was shared by so many, which is immeasurable and will never be forgotten.
Brenda is survived by sister Cynthia Yuan; lifelong best-friend Pam Westlake; daughter Laura Brinskey; sons Charles (Molly) Di Palma and Christopher (Mazey) Di Palma; nieces Emily LaRue and Aimee Huffman; cousins and best-friends Vickie Eversole, Valerie Cribbs, and Tracey VanKirk; grandchildren Gianna, Angela, Anthony, and Gemma Brinskey, and Victoria and Charlotte Di Palma; “fake son” Tyler Minor; feline companion Roger “Dodger Doo”, as well as countless friends and extended family.
Family and friends will be received for celebration of life on December 12, 2024 at 6 p.m. at First Westminster Presbyterian, 235 N 4th St., Steubenville OH, with Reverend Jason Elliott presiding with a fellowship immediately following.
