Although the years and miles have separated our friendships, when we think of Beverly we still remember her good nature and smile. Dear Yanni Family: I don't know if you remember me or not, but Mark and I had a boat at the Holiday Yacht Club in Chester. I think I recall your parents having a white houseboat? Well, Mark and I never met a stranger when we were there, and your family was no exception. In case you didn't know, Mark passed away in August of this year. Maybe they are all boating now!! Let there be some peace in the knowledge that your mom and dad are together again, and that they are well and happy. Good memories are a comforting thing.....I hope your family recalls and shares them often. May peace be with your family, Barbara Yajko

Anthony,Jason,Christina and Micheal, You guys are in my prayers. Your entire family has been so much more to me than just friends. There will never be another Mrs. Bev to me. I spent a lot of time talking with your mom and visiting with her this past summer before her move and I know that she was very proud of all of you, and her life was her grandchildren. Her dilema this summer was how she was going to divide the months between the grandkids. I also know that there was and never would be another love of her life like your dad was, I hope you can find some peace in knowing that they are together again.I am so thankful for all I have gained from my friendship with her, and I cherish all of my memories. I thank you all for allowing me to be part of your lives, and I want you to know that I am here for you guys if you ever need anything. Hang on to all of your memories, I know you all have so many. You 4 are very close and I know that you guys can get through this time and whatever the future brings together. I love you all.

To Bev's family, I used to work for your Mom at the Hair Hut when she first opened it. I am so sorry to here that she passed. I enjoyed both your parents when I worked and lived in Ohio. When my parents were alive and I came home I would visit your Mom. I don't think any of you remember me, but I do remember you all. Had many great memories of the Yanni and Star families. Take care and again I'm sorry for your loss. Randy & Darlene (Crispino) Diskin

I used to be a neighbor when your Mom lived in Mingo Jct. I'm sure only Anthony and Jason will remember me because Michael and Cristina were just babies. We were friends with both your Mom and Dad. All three of my children, Mark, Jeff, and Niki join me in giving you our deepest sympathy. We all live in Kansas now. I know words can't help with your grief but as I lost my husband and the kids their Dad at a very young age, we do all really sympathize with your grief. Again, our deepest sympathy is with you. Jason, Anthony, Michael, Christina and Family, I was saddened to hear the news of the passing of your Mother. It doesn't seem so long ago we would enter the cafeteria for a fish fry after a big win or a dramatic loss to see the supporting faces sharing our moments of celebration or defeat. Your mom always made it a point to let me and know that I did well regardless of the outcome. I will never forget the hospitality and welcome I received each time I was able to hang out at the Yanni house. I felt it might help to remember the simple days of Catholic Central when thanks to our great parents support and encouragement, we could do no wrong. My thoughts and prayers, Mike DiNofrio

Dear Family & Friends: I attended elementary, junior high and high school with Beverly. I was totally shocked to find out that she passed away. She was such a fun person. Please extend my sympathy to all. I will miss her. Nancy Aiello Thayer Apopka, Florida nancythayer@ymail.com

Dear Jason and Becca: Sue and I were very saddened to hear of the sudden loss of Jason's mother. You and your family have our deepest sympathies. She sounded like a wonderful mother, mother-in-law and grandmother. I know it must be a terribly difficult time, and our thoughts and prayers are with you. My mother was the same age as your mother when she passed away, which is way too soon in life to lose a parent. Please let us know if there is anything at all that we could do in the coming days that might be of any help to you. Our deepest condolences. Jerry and Sue Mueller
