Winston A. Brown, 25, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away Sunday, February 21, 2021 at Trinity West. He was born July 12, 1995 in Steubenville.
Winston is survived by his loving and dedicated mother Mary L. Cook Brown and father Arthur C. Brown of Steubenville. He will also be sadly missed by his loving cousins Erica and Jenna Bryan, Michael, Kristen and Amy Mort and Brittney Cook; uncle Greg and aunts Cheryl and KK. Preceding Winston in death were his maternal grandparents James H. and Joan A. “JoAnne” Evans Cook.
