William T. Andrews 74 of Steubenville, Ohio died Thursday, June 12, 2003 at Carriage Inn, Steubenville. He was born in Steubenville on October 23, 1928 a son of the late William and Catherine McCusker Andrews. He was preceded in death by one brother Robert Andrews and two sisters Rita O'Leary and Mildred Mettenberger. Surviving is one sister Betty Napor and many nephews and nieces.
