We reconnected with Billy (as I have always known him) about three years ago and it was so great to be able to share memories with him about our family. He was a childhood friend of my brother Cosmo and he lived on the street behind ours, we on Broadway him on Jeanette. He loved my mom's meatballs and he mentioned it to me on one of our visits so I told my sister we had to make him some meatballs. I remember how excited he was when my sister Concetta and I made him my mom's Italian meatballs and we took them to him. My husband Chuck and I are so sad about the loss of Billy for his dear sons and sister's family. I will miss the time we spent with him when we would go to Steubenville, he would tell me he tolerated me but my husband Chuck was "Top Shelf" and we dearly loved hanging out with him going to dinners at the Greek restaurant in Weirton. Our condolences to his sons' for your loss. We loved being with you dear Billy and I pray you are resting in peace with my brother Cosmo.

I worked several years with Bill. He was not only a great manager but good friend. He cared about his employees and company. He really enjoyed providing under privileged kids a great Christmas. Bill was a class act, RIP good friend. Prayer go out to Bill and Scottie.
