Obituary For William J. Kell

William J. Kell, 57, of Wintersville, Ohio died Monday, April 1, 2014 at his home.  He was born August 28, 1956 in Steubenville, Ohio a son of the late Joseph T. and Marilyn J. Gardner Kell.  William was a member of Wintersville Baptist Temple and Wintersville American Legion Post #557.  Surviving are his brother Ralph Kell; two aunts Esther (Fred) VanDyke and Nora Huggins; two uncles Sam (Connie) Gardner and Tim Gardner and many cousins.   Friends may call at Dunlope – Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville on Thursday 6 – 8 p.m. where a service will be held Friday 10 a.m. with Rev. Dr. John Beard officiating. Burial at Greenwood Cemetery.
