William Hamilton Rouse, age 84, of Mingo Junction died Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at his residence of natural causes.  He was born August 23, 1930 in Mingo Junction, Ohio, the son of the late John F. and Jessie Lodge Rouse.  He was also preceded in death by his wife Roseanna Norris Rouse and a son William Rouse Jr., and three brothers Robert, Joseph and George Rouse.  William retired from the Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Co. as an electrician in the blast furnace and served during the Korean War in the Air Force.He is survived by his son Richard Rouse of Weirton and siblings Charles (Joy) Rouse of FL, Don and Ronald Rouse, Lois Smith and Harriett (Norman) Stacy all of Mingo Junction and Mary Ann (Robert) Light of Arizona; a grandson; step children Madaline Tagg of FL and William Marker of Steubenville and numerous nephews and nieces.Per William’s request, no visitation or services are planned.  Memorial contributions may be directed to Valley Hospice.
