Obituary For William H. Speaker

William H. Speaker, 88, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away on October 27, 2025 at the Valley Hospice North Care Center. William was born on February 3, 1937 in Steubenville, Ohio a son of the late William & Ruth Sullivan Speaker. He proudly served his country in the U. S. Marine Corps and worked for 34 years at Weirton Steel.

William is preceded in death by his first wife Mary Anne Speaker and son Paul Speaker. He is survived by his wife Clarissa Carney Speaker; sons William E. (Regina) Speaker, Charles Prentice III & daughter Stephanie Prentice; grandchildren Billy (Karlie) Speaker, BobiJo Penque, Joshua Speaker, Brandan (Valicia) Prentice & Isaiah Prentice and great-grandchildren Freya, Tuck, Liam, Serenity, Brandan Jr. & Rhylo.

Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Saturday November 1, 2025 from 10 am until the time of services at 12 p.m. with Pastor Raul Diaz officiating.
