William G. “Bill” Fellows, Sr., 92, of Steubenville, Ohio died on Tuesday, June 23, 2009. He was born June 10, 1917 in Steubenville, OH a son of the late Charles H. and Agnes Geary Fellows. Bill retired from Conrail as an engineer and was a Master Sargeant in the U.S. Army during W.W.II. Preceding Bill in death was his wife Alice J. Parks Fellows; grandson Stephen Fellows; brother Lee Topping and sister Wilma Knox. Surviving are his two sons William G. (Connie) Fellows, Jr. of Wintersville, OH and Robert (Rebecca) Fellows of Steubenville, OH; two grandchildren Michelle Vella and Brian Fellows; three great grandchildren Domenick, Michael and Nicholas Vella and brother Jack Topping. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville on Friday from 9 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. with Minister Tom Arehart officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be directed to Tony Teraman Cancer Center, 3200 Johnson Road, Steubenville, OH 43952 or to a charity of donors choice
