William F. Sawyer, Jr. 91, of Steubenville died Saturday, December 15, 2012 at Valley Hospice North. He was born in Tyrone, PA on September 21, 1921. He was retired from Ohio Power and served in the U.S. Army Air Corp during W.W.II. Burial will be private.
