William E. Yocke, Jr. 64 of Steubenville, Ohio died Wednesday afternoon, May 26, 2004 at home. He was born in Wheeling, West Virginia on July 9, 1939 a son of the late William E. and Mary Mundorff Yocke, Sr. Bill was employed by Weirton Steel Co. and a member of the Weirton Moose Club. He was preceded in death by one sister Ellen Oberg. Bill is survived by his wife Christine C. Gall Yocke; son William R. Yocke of Weirton; and two daughters Leanne E. Yocke and Kathy Yocke Wilson both of Virginia Beach, Virginia. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of services at noon with Msgr. Kenneth Uram officiating. Private burial.
