It is with a heavy heart that I send my sincerest condolences to all of Bill's family. He was a quiet and gentle man with a heart of gold. He ran a good race here on earth and has obtained the ultimate prize...eternity with his Savior Jesus Christ. A good man gone to soon. Rest in peace Billy.

Deepest sympathy to Bill's family on his passing. I knew Bill while he worked at JCJVS; he always had a smile. We worked together on evening activities and bldg. use. Sending prayers.

Please accept my sincere condolences. I worked with Billy at the old Elby's at the Fort Steuben Mall in mid 1970's. Really a good person and he loved his family. Nancy was a waitress and came to my graduation and I'll never forget Nancy or Billy. May the Lord comfort all of you during this sad time.

I had the pleasure of having Billy as a friend for the past 52 years. Everyone loved Billy, and I don't think he had an enemy in the world. My deepest sympathies to his family.
