Although Bill was in our lives for a shorter period of time than we would have wished for we made many great and fond memories that will always be cherished. Bill was a good man, an honorable man. Loving, caring, thoughtful and giving would be just a few words that describe him He touched and impacted many lives on this earth. We will sorely miss him, but he will remain in our hearts forever. Love-Heather, Randy and Kelcie Cottis
