William C. “Woo” Wilson, 75 of Steubenville passed away Thursday March 10, 2022 at Trinity West Medical Center. He was born September 23, 1946 to the late David C. & Martha E. Foley Wilson. Woo was preceded in death by his brother David Wilson.
Woo was a 1964 graduate of Jefferson Union High School, proudly served in the Army Reserves and worked at Weirton Steel for 35 years. He was also a member of the American Legion Post 86 in Toronto, Ohio.
Woo is survived by two brothers Barry (Sally) Wilson and Tom Wilson of Steubenville; nephew Jeff (Lori) Wilson of Mt. Gilead, N.C.; dear friends George and Sandy Mehalic and his loyal canine companion Freddie.
Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Monday March 14, 2022 from 3p.m. until time of service at 5 p.m. with Rev. William Westling officiating. Private burial at Union Cemetery.
