William A. “Bill” Hukill 49 of Steubenville, Ohio died Sunday, May 23, 2004 at Trinity West after a lengthy illness. He was born in Steubenville on July 5, 1954. Bill was a US Army veteran and preceded in death by his brother John on September 23, 2001. Surviving are his parents William “Eddie” and Betty L. Pemberton Hukill of Steubenville; children Billie Jo Powers of Steubenville, Angela Blakeley of MA, and Brad (wife Jamie), Lee Ellen and William “Eddie” Hukill of Anitoke, TN; brother James Hukill of Toronto, OH; sisters Linda Brent of Wintersville and Sherri (husband Robert) Pehanich of Bloomingdale; and six grandchildren. Friends may call at Union Cemetery Chapel on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until time of services at noon with Rev. Jeff Proya officiating.
