Wayne H. Gooch, 81, of Steubenville, OH died Thursday, November 9, 2006 at Catherine’s Care Center. He was born May 18, 1925 in Empire, OH the son of the late Chalmers and Maude Dunlap Gooch. Wayne retired from Lafarge Corporation as a repairman. He was a WWII navy veteran and a member of American Legion Post 557.
