Wayne D. Lutton, 72, of East Springfield, Ohio died September 26, 2020 at Valley Hospice following a lengthy illness. He was born on November 27, 1947 in Steubenville, Ohio, son of the late Clarence and Helen Cope Lutton.
Wayne retired from Weirton Steel Refrigeration Department and Boiler House with 32 years service. He was a former member of Rock Steady Boxing, a Parkinson’s Disease support and fitness group. He formerly attended Faith Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Richmond, Ohio. Wayne was also an avid fan of steam powered equipment and vintage farm tractors.
In addition to his parents, Wayne was preceded in death by his sister Margery Syrus.
Wayne is survived by his wife, Sharon L. Starkey Lutton; sons Hank (Elizabeth) Lutton of Yorkville, Ohio, Luke Lutton, and Troy (Sadie) Lutton of Hamilton, Montana; grandson Cormac Lutton and two stepgrandsons Alex and Avery Civello.
Private services were held with Pastor Holley Faulkner, Jr. officiating and burial followed at Chestnut Grove Cemetery.

Sharon,Wayne was a wonderful member of RSB and you were always there, cheering him on. We missed both of you when his health no longer allowed him to attend. He was a true gentleman. I am so sorry to hear of his passing and will continue to miss both of you.
