Wanda C. Dolfi, 72, of Bloomingdale, Ohio died Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at her home. She was born October 10, 1940 in Clovis, NM a daughter of the late Lawrence and Gladys Ashcraft. Wanda was preceded in death by her husband Nello Dolfi, Jr. on April 30, 2011; son Robert W. “Bob” Dolfi and brother Kenny Ashcraft. Surviving are her son Michael Dolfi of Bloomingdale, OH; granddaughter Kaitlin Dolfi of Bloomingdale, OH; daughters-in-law Debbie Dolfi of Richmond, OH and Robin Dolfi; two brothers Leon Ashcraft of Clinton, IL and Floyd Cline of Clovis, NM and sister-in-law Rose Kasal of Dillonvale, OH. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville on Friday 6 – 8 p.m. and on Saturday from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m. with Rev. Rex Agin officiating.

Mike, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your Mom. She was a great lady and always quick with a smile. She was a pillar of our community for many years. She was respected and loved by many. Your commitment to both of your parents is a rare thing these days. You are a very special man and being there for both your dad and mom through the good and the bad is very commendable.
