Walter E. Paice, 78, of Bloomingdale, Ohio died Sunday, August 14, 2005 at Trinity West. He was born in Smithfield, Ohio on July 10, 1927, a son of the late William A. and Roxie Lucille Gotschall Paice. Walter was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church and retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. He served in the Army during WWII. Preceding Walter in death were two brothers, James Paice and an infant. Walter is survived by his son Jeff (Diane) Paice of Hilliard, Ohio; daughter Connie (Ben) Buchmelter of Bloomingdale; four grandchildren Jordan & Logan Paice and Charlotte & Gena Wysong; and one brother Frank (Peg) Paice of Richmond, Ohio. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. On Thursday, friends may call at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church from 10 a.m. until time of services at 11 a.m. with Pastor Ed Brutto officiating. Burial to follow at the church cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Mt.
