Dear Elaine and Aaron, It's been a long time since I've seen either of you, but I lived across the street from the time I was 9 until I moved away to college. When I lived there and the times I came home to visit, it was always pleasant to see Keith outside with a friendly smile and hello. It was very comforting to have such a kind neighbor. I am so saddened to hear of his passing. I wanted you both to know I am thinking of you and praying for God to bring you comfort and peace during this extremely difficult time.

To Elaine,Aaron,Sharen, and all the family that I was blessed in growing up with, I express my deepest condolences. Elaine, thank you for having me contacted, assuring me that Keith would want me to know early on. The most wonderful thing we can share are the close, endearing, memories of a gentleman, who adored his wife and son. G_d blessed this universe on his birthday, and added an angel by taking him back, on his birthday! The world is a better place having had this gentle giant, giving everyone hugs and I know I have truly lost one of my best friends, from childhood. If I can ever be of any help for you, Elaine, just call. I have many wonderful, fun memories, that could lighten a sad day. He remained my greatest friend, forever, a friend that I knew was always there no matter what. PK

  • 09/03/2024

To the family of Keith, I had the pleasure of meeting Keith and his lovely wife about a year and one half ago. We have many fine people cross our threshold. However, once in a while, I make a true connection with a customer. He was one of those people. Although soft-spoken, Keith had a wonderful nature to his character that was evident from our initial conversation. I 'm certain that he will be sorely missed. He was a true gentleman. Marty Hauser

Aaron and Elaine ~ I know that Rob stopped by but I wanted to let you know how very, very, very sorry I am about Keith. I remember admiring Keith from afar when I was a nerdy little middle-schooler and he was "The Man" in high-school. Next thing I knew, your family was living next door to my mother in law. Keith was ALWAYS so kind to my children (something we never forget) and all three of you treated our whole family with as much kindness as you would your own. Aaron, we haven't seen you in years but I remember how much your dad loved you and how much you reminded me of him. Anytime he spoke of you, his eyes and smile lit up. Elaine, you are truly one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life and you two were lucky to have each other. Such a kind family; such a devastating loss. Keith lives on in our thoughts, and memories. Sending you Love and Peace - The Pieniazek family

I was very sorry to hear about Keith's death. Keith will be remembered as one of the true good guys. The last time I talked with Keith was at our 40th high school class reunion. We talked about old times and got caught up on our current lives. I could tell that he was happy with his family and his accomplishments in life. He was just a good man. I have shared emails with a number of our classmates and there was a uniform theme to them...Keith Saltsman was liked, respected and admired by everyone. He will be missed.

My deepest sympathy on Keith's passing. I have great memories of me sitting outside on my driveway doing homework while watching Keith the lawn across the street, and a couple times when he was done was very kind and took me to the Frosty Treat for ice cream, he was always very nice to the little kid across the street. Years later I got to visit with him when he shopped in blockbuster and in passing at the Gallery building...he had very kind words when my husband suddenly passed and I will always remember that.... My thoughts & prayers are with you all at this time. I truly understand your loss.
