Virginia M. Bower, 86, of Richmond, Ohio died Thursday, July 05, 2012 at her home. She was born July 31, 1925 in Steubenville, Ohio a daughter of the late Robert & Helen Everhart McDaniels. She was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church and retired snack bar manager at the former Treasure Island. Preceding Virginia in death were her first husband Thomas C. Bowman, second Carl R. Bower; daughters Linda Lou Howard & Sandra Bowman; and six brothers. Virginia is survived by her daughter Grace (Joseph) Evans of Richmond; son Thomas C. (Charlene) Bowman of Bloomingdale; 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; two sisters Judith F. (Ray) Flinn of Wintersville & Pat (Jerry) Charlie of Carrollton, OH.Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home on Sunday 1-3 p.m. Funeral services 10 a.m. Monday at Union Cemetery Chapel with Rev.
