Virginia Bowens, 85, of Steubenville, Ohio died Friday, August 7, 2009 at Trinity West.  She was born June 15, 1924 in Kentucky a daughter of the late John M. and Elizabeth Cook Bowens.  Preceding Virginia in death was her husband Frank Bialorucki; 1 brother and three sisters.  Surviving are her children Richard and Steve Bialorucki and sister Marie Horton and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.  There will be no visitation.  A service will be held Tuesday 2 p.m. at Restlawn Memorial Park Perrysburg, Ohio.  Arrangements handled by Shorac Funeral Home (Formerly McClave), 611 N. 4th Street, Steubenville
