Virginia A. Beatty 63 of Wintersville, Ohio died Wednesday at Dixon Healthcare Center. She was born in Follansbee, WV a daughter of the late John J. and Novella McGurr Coffman Carmichael. A member of Pleasant Hills Baptist Church. Virginia was preceded in death by her former husband Robert Beatty; two sisters Faye Nottingham and Elaine Wade; and a brother John “Bucky” Carmichael. Surviving are four children Frank Beatty and his fiancée Sharon, Eric (Shelley) Beatty and Dianna McIntyre and very special son-in-law Glenn McIntyre all of Wintersville and Jerry Lee (Mildred) Beatty of Las Vegas, NV; brothers Bob (Carol) Carpenter and Charles (Courtney) Carpenter; sisters Donna Fabian, Jeanie Stinger and Mary Lee Love; six grandchildren Cody McIntyre, Nathan, Zachary, Brandon, Morgan and Lyssa Beatty; stepmother Lucy Baker; and sister-in-law Marsha Carmichael.
