Violet E. Fogle Kovach, 91, of Steubenville, Ohio, died Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at Valley Hospice Care Center North. She was born April 24, 1916 in Belle Valley, OH the daughter of the late Howard L. and Marvolus Hupp McCauley. Violet was preceded in death by her brother Blaine McCauley and step-daughter Cynthia Dick. Violet was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband Frank J. Kovach; daughter Janet Ellen (Tom) Shook of Toronto, OH; step-sons Frank Kovach and Brad Kovach both of Steubenville, OH; four grandchildren Craig (Jane) Shook, Melissa (Bill) Wheeler, Chris Shook and Tammy (Joe) Aggers; five great grandchildren; two brothers Paul McCauley of California and Sterling McCauley of Belle Valley, OH; two sisters Virginia Griffin of Chicago, IL and Bonnie Bailey of Belle Valley, OH. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville Thursday 6-8 p.m. where a funeral service will be held Friday 10 a.m. with Rev. Thomas Bullard officiating.
