Victoria “Vicky” L. Martin, 70, of Brilliant, Ohio passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at Steubenville, Ohio. She was born in Follansbee, WV on May 25, 1951, the daughter of the late Arthur Kimberland and Hattie (Freshwater) Kimberland. She also is preceded in death by her husband, Charles David Martin, Sr., and her siblings: James Wilson; Dorothy (Kimberland) Bryan; Jean (Wilson) Petruccioli; and Audrey (Wilson) Rotolo.
Vicky spent close to 30 years in the restaurant industry, where she made many life-long friendships and touched many peoples’ lives. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and friend to many. Vicky was happiest surrounded by her family. She loved to cook big family meals, especially during the holidays. She will be remembered as a woman who worked hard and was a survivor with a love for clothes and being stylish.
Vicky will be dearly missed and cherished by her surviving family; daughters Trina (Gregory) McMasters, Hattie Nicole (George) Markoff, Rebecca (Scott) Lewis; sons John Martin (Kim Richardson) and Matthew Martin; step-son David (Debbie) Martin, Jr.; step-daughter Christine (David) Shore; grandchildren Timothy (Jessica) McMasters, Victoria Matuska, Logan (Ayleia) Graham, Breanna Graham, Allison and Jackson Lewis; step-grandchildren David and Travis Shore; great grandchildren Sullivan and Micah McMasters, Ava Wood.
Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Sunday 1-4 p.m. and on Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Entombment at Highland Hills.
