Vicki Lynn Campbell, 69, of Steubenville, died Monday, March 19, 2018 at Mary Jane Brooks Hospice Center North, Steubenville. She was born in Oswego, NY on March 8, 1949 the daughter of the late Norman K. and Mary Ellen Brothers Charlton. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband William “Bill” Campbell and a sister Patricia Ann Oliver. Vicki Lynn was a homemaker and is survived by her son William Michael Campbell of Steubenville and a sister Jean Oliver of Tyler, TX. No visitation or services are planned.
