Velma Rhine, 84, of Steubenville, Ohio died Monday, October 8, 2012 at Trinity West. She was born October 12, 1927 in Morgantown, WV a daughter of the late Eugene & Anetta Rozerio Bruno. Velma was Methodist by faith. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert W. Rhine; sister Jane Miller and brother Primo Bruno. Surviving is her daughter Bobbi Lynn Paul of Morgantown, WV. The family would like to extend a special thank you to her nephew John (Sonja) Rhine. Private services were held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to Dunlope – Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville. Memorial donations may be directed to Valley Hospice, 10686 State Route 150Rayland, OH 43943.
