V. Pauline Meadows Hodge 91 of Steubenville died Saturday, January 8, 2005 at The Carriage House. She was born on October 9, 1913 in Kingman, Indiana a daughter of the late Charles A. and Clara Shoemaker Allen. Pauline was Methodist by faith and retired from the former Union Savings Bank and Trust Company, Steubenville, where she was a bookkeeper. She was preceded in death by her husbands Eugene W. Meadows and Marvin L. Hodge, infant son Marvin Eugene Meadows, brother Gerald Allen and sisters Faunil Colson, Madaline Richardson, Marie Greene, Bethavene Young and Katherine Muston. She is survived by her daughter Nancy Sue Meadows of Wintersville, brother Johnny Allen of Kingman, Indiana and sister Frances Rodgers of Zionsville, Indiana. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., where funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday with Rev. Clint Quillen officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben Burial Estates, Wintersville.
