Obituary For Tonia A. Cooper

Tonia A. Cooper, 72, of Steubenville, Ohio died Sunday, April 26, 2015 at Brightwood Center, Follansbee, WV. She was born October 10, 1942 in Carlisle, PA a daughter of the late Ted S. and Helen Phillipson Cooper, Sr. Tonia worked as a clerk at the M&M Bank. Preceding Tonia in death was her brother Tom T. Cooper. Surviving is her brother Ted S. (Jan M.) Cooper, Jr. of Wildwood, MO. A graveside service will be held at Union Cemetery Wednesday at 1 p.m. with Rev. Bill Westling officiating. Arrangements entrusted to Dunlope – Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville.
