Hey Brother, I just heard of the passing of your father, I did not know that he was that sick bro. I know it is a tough time and you will get through this tough time. Feel free to lean on your friends during this difficult time in your life. I know you have a close family and that will help in the healing process. Don't be afraid to show emotion, it helps the healing process, don't be a tough guy and try to hold back. There are a lot of good things going on in your life and you know that your father would want you to move forward and continue his legacy, he will be watching, so make him proud. If you need anything during this time, feel free to call, even if you just need to chat. Jeff

I had the great pleasure of meeting him a handful of times while golfing for a few years up in Canton and sincerely enjoyed my time with himhe was magnetic. Prior to this my Dad would always talk about what a great athlete he was, but more importantly, what a great guy, great person he was. Again, Im very sorry for your loss. Mike Ziarko, Jr.

Dear Family, I sent this to all of you in cards but I think those of us who knew and loved Tommy,FAMILY AND FRIENDS alike will agree this is what he would say to all of us. This was found in some papers Aunt Helen had and was found after she died. When I come to the end of the road and the sun has set for me, I want no rites in a gloom-filled room, why cry for a soul set free? MISS ME A LITTLE..BUT NOT TOO LONG,and not with your head bowed low. Remember the love that was once shared, MISS ME..BUT LET ME GO. For this is a journey that we all must take, and each must go alone. It's all part of the Master's plan a step on the road home. When you are lonely and sick of heart, go to the friends we know. And bury your sorrows in good deeds..MISS ME..BUT LET ME GO. Love, Dorothy

Joann, Just one of Toms old but good U of D friends checking in. It has been a lot of years since weve seen you (the visit to Detroit and the Zoo with all of the kids in 1974). Tom was unique and had a goodness about him. I cried when I heard the news which does not happen often at my age when youve lost several classmates and friends. Mary Sue and I feel very bad for you and the kids with this huge loss in your life.. Maybe when things get quieter Mary Sue and I can visit you and give you a hug. Tell Tommy and Keri we are thinking of them. You will be in our prayers daily. John & Mary Sue Everly

To Mr. Eze: You have always been a special part to the Polshaw Family, especially my dad; and, I hope Little Tommy and I can carry on the torch that you and Biggie ran with. I will always remember the golf advice you gave me - - "Just be smooth." I think it's fair to say that whenever people mention Red Oaks, your name will be synonymous. - Little Biggie -

'So sorry for your loss. Ero was bigger then live to a lot of the young boys growing up in Steubenville. If 1/2 of the stories where true . It is funny about hero worship - when you finally meet them they usually disappoint. Not Tom he was everything and more. He was a giving person with a great heart.
