Thomas O. Maxwell, 85, of Mingo Junction, Ohio died Thursday, November 15, 2007 at Acuity Specialty Hospital. He was born February 20, 1922 in Mingo Junction, OH a son of the late James A. and Clara Dean Maxwell. Thomas retired as a boiler tender from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel. He was a WWII Navy veteran and a 50 year member of the American Legion, Mingo Junction. Surviving are three nephews James R. (Vickie) Maxwell of Wintersville, OH, Michael (Michelle) Cybulski of Saegertown, PA and David (Teresa) Cybulski of Triadelphia, WV and niece Suzanne Clark of Follansbee, WV. A private service was held today at New Alexandria Cemetery with Rev. Jason Elliott officiating.
