Thomas F. Lowe, 71, of Steubenville died Friday, June 8, 2015 at his home. He was born July 20, 1943 in Steubenville, OH. Preceding him in death were his wife Jacqueline Lowe; daughter Kimberly Lowe Gulan and great grandson Christopher Kinker, Jr. Surviving are two granddaughters Danyelle Harvey and Gionna Gulan.
