Thomas E. Phelps 78 of Steubenville, Ohio died Monday, December 15, 2003 at home. He was born in Pitcairn, PA on March 8, 1925. Tom was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and retired from Westinghouse in Pittsburgh. He served in the Navy during WWII and was preceded in death by his father Edward H. Phelps; three sisters and one brother. Surviving are his beloved friend Archena “Tina” Andrick of Parkersburg, WV. and his many friends at K Mart in Steubenville. Friends are invited to attend a funeral liturgy with mass on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament with Msgr. Gerald Calovini officiating. Burial at Restland Memorial Park, Monroeville, PA.
