Theresa M. Caputo, 69, of Mingo Junction, Ohio died Thursday, August 11, 2011 at Trinity West.  She was born September 1, 1941 in Steubenville, Ohio a daughter of the late Stanley R. & Irene M. Lugano Caputo.  She was an active member of St. Agnes Catholic Church and the Catholic Womens Club.  She received the Knights of Columbus Lady of the Year award for 2010 – 2011.  Theresa retired from Lancia Villa Royale after 25 years of service as a nurse aide to take care of her parents.  Surviving are her sister Annette (Wallace) Sunderman of Fort Payne, AL; two brothers Joe (Catherine) Fortunato of Natchez, MS and Francis “Butch” (Linda) Caputo of Mingo Junction, OH; aunt Amelia DiCarlo of Mingo Junction, OH and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.   Friends may call at Hoff - Shorac Funeral Home, 235 Clifton Avenue, Mingo Junction on Sunday 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 p.m. and at St. Agnes Catholic Church on Monday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of funeral liturgy with mass at 10 a.m. with Fr. James Dunfee officiating. Burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Vigil Service Sunday 7:45 p.m.  Memorial contributions may be made to:  St. Agnes Catholic Church or its Catholic Women's Club.
