Thelma L. Dougherty White of Wintersville, Ohio 80 died Tuesday, December 24, 2002 at Trinity West, Steubenville. She was born in Wintersville, OH on March 12, 1922 the daughter of the late John C. and Laura Evelyn Andrews Dougherty. She was a member of Two Ridges Presbyterian Church, Wintersville for 30 years. She retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel, where she worked as a secretary, in 1982 after 34 years of service. She was preceded in death by her first husband Harold Tucker he died 5-28-1970, brother Dean L. Doughtery. She is survived by husband Thomas Patrick White, married 9-14-1974, son Robert (Kim) Tucker of Phoenix, AZ, step-sons Thomas White of Ellwood City, PA, Michael White of Wheeling, WV, grandchildren Melissa and Bobbie Lynn Tucker of Chandler, AZ, Chaz and Rachael Tucker of Phoenix, AZ, Mariah White of Wheeling, WV, great grandchildren Hanna and Jacob Tucker of Chandler, AZ, many cousins, aunts and uncles.
