Terry Timmerman, 71, of Rayland, OH passed away at home on April 1, 2019. Terry was born January 6, 1948 in Steubenville, OH to the late Francis “Bud” Timmerman and Judy Campbell Harris, who survives. Terry was preceded in death by his father Francis “Bud” Timmerman on June 21, 1976. His step-father Donald Harris on December 23, 2018. Terry retired from Weirton Steel in 1999 as the Tug Boat Captain on the Mountaineer. Terry also worked for Buckeye Local School District. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy in Vietnam aboard the U.S.S. Boston, the world’s first guided missile cruiser. Terry is survived by his loving wife Rose Paulman Timmerman whom he married on July 6, 1993. His mother Judy Campbell Harris of Sienna Skilled Nursing in Wintersville, OH. His brothers Rick Timmerman and his wife Bev of Wexford, PA and Rob Timmerman of Sugar Grove, OH. His beloved cats Sophie, Salem, Sloopie, Socks and Spike. Terry loved nothing more than working in his yard caring for his flowers. He was an avid fan of Ohio State, Steelers and Pirates. Terry will always be remembered for his kindness and his great sense of humor. Per Terry’s wishes there will be no services or visitation.

Rose Rick Rob family Terry was my friend in high school, we went to Florida he loved the beach. He served proudly I remember when he got out and came home from Vietnam. Met Rose and loved her he was happy and so was she I knew this when visiting them at their home. Rest In Peace Terry and Rose God Bless you and you have our sympathy Rob and Rick too. Tom Sutherland.
