Just last week my sister Judy and I were reminiscing about growing up on Welday Avenue and all of our childhood friends. Some of the times I hold so dear is the times Suzie and I would sit and play canasta with grandma Katie and the Rainbow drill team. She was a wonderful lady and will be missed by many. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Carrie and Katy, I am so sorry for your loss. Aunt Suzie was a wonderful and great woman and she will be missed very much by the many people who loved her. I have so many great memories of church camp or the Sunday afternoons we would spend at Damon's after church 🙂 I'm sorry I can't make it out. Both of you take care and know she's with God and Uncle David now and no longer in pain. Love you both and God Bless.

I was sorry to hear about Suzie. I met her when she was the secretary at Buena Vista School. I was treasurer for the PTO for 2 years, and I was at the school or called the school almost every day. She was always so cheerful and greeted everyone with a smile. I'm sorry that I couldn't come to the funeral home to pay my respects. I had foot surgery 2 weeks ago and I am not able to go anywhere yet. You have my Deepest Sympathy.

Dear Katie and Carrie: I was very sad to learn of the death of your mother. I have many fond memories of working with Susie during vacation Bible school at Covenant Presbyterian Church. I will remember her warm personality, her devotion to the children of Covenant and Steubenville in general, and as a sister in Christ. I am sorry that I was unable to pay my respects at calling hours. I did not have either of your addresses to send a card. Please accept my deepest sympathy. I know you will miss her greatly. Most Sincerely, Jane Brower
