Suzanne E. “Suzy” Peschl, 64, of Fayetteville, NC passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at her son’s residence after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on November 11, 1950 in Steubenville a daughter of the late James W. & Ruth Schumann Montgomery. A 1969 graduate of Steubenville High School, Suzy was a former employee of Kroger Co. and worked in the photo lab at Steubenville WalMart for ten years. She refused to be discouraged and worked until her last days. Preceding Suzy in death were her sister Joan Montgomery Anderson and brother Walter Jay Montgomery.
She is survived by her son John (Angie) Hukill; daughter Lori Sebest; sister Diane (late Dr. J.J.) Macedonia and 5 granddaughters Alexandria, Chloe, Olivia, Audrey & Emma.
Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home in Wintersville on Friday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. where services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday with Rev. Sam Monte officiating. Burial at Union Cemetery.
