Stewart E. Sisley, Jr., 46, of Richmond, died Sunday, February 19, 2017 at Trinity West. He was born May 2, 1970 in Steubenville, the son of the late Stewart E. Sisley, Sr. and Phyllis J. Witt Neal of Richmond. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Richard Witt. Stewart owned and operated his own private security agency in his early years. He is survived by his mother and step-father Phyllis J. (Richard) Neal of Richmond, children Jessica, Kyle, Ashley and Matthew Sisley, a granddaughter, maternal grandmother Marcella Witt of Steubenville, brothers Charles (Laura) and Frank LeRoy, and best friend and companion Susan Lemasters. Private services will be held at Fort Steuben Burial Estates Chapel with Rev. Bill Westling officiating. Memorial or monetary contributions may be directed to Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, P.O.
