Obituary For Steve Zibritosky

Steve Zibritosky, 92, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away on October 14, 2023 at Trinity Medical Center West. He was born on September 2, 1931 in Joffre, PA a son of the late Paul & Anna Polc Zibritosky. Steve proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War before going on to work for over 40 years as an employee of the Pittsburgh Brewing Company. He was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church serving as a member of the Men’s Club. Steve worked his entire life on the family orchard and became an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Steve is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Betty J. Oloch Zibritosky; sister Mary Bianchini and many nieces & nephews.

Steve is preceded in death by six siblings, brothers Paul, George, John & Andy Zibritosky and sisters Helen Rebholz & Ann Bokulich.

Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood, Road, Wintersville, Ohio 43953 on Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. with additional visitation on Thursday at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 133 Lover’s Lane, Steubenville, Ohio 43953 starting at 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Scott Kuntz presiding.

The family requests strongly that in lieu of flowers, please make a memorial donation to St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 133 Lover’s Lane, Steubenville, Ohio 43953.
