Stanley M. Fray, 74, of Wintersville passed away suddenly on Friday, September 7, 2018. He was born in Steubenville on January 24, 1944 a son of the late Charles J. and Ida Grace Fix Fray. He was retired from Weirton Steel after 38 years in the Tin Mill. Stanley was a member of the Weirton Boat Club and Mingo Sportsman’s. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Charles W. “Bill” Fray. He is survived by his wife Sharon Tyson Fray of 28 years; his children Amy (John) Goode of Circleville, OH, Laura (Joel) Riley of Newark, OH, Brian (Amy Frey) Fray of Wintersville, OH, Toni Marinella of Pittsburgh, PA, Shari (Bill) Wilson of Glenford, OH and Michael (Heather) Marinella of Ogden, KS; brother Leonard (Uta) Fray; 10 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews and his beloved companion dog “Olivia”. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, OH on Monday from 4-7 p.m. and on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 from 10 a.m. until time of services at 11a.m. with Pastor Jason Elliott officiating.
